• Homogeneity: ± 10 % for a diameter ranging from 1.5 to 50 cm
• Spectral lines: a large choice of switchable anticathode allows to choose different spectral lines for X-ray emission.
• Density: ≥ 50 µW/cm2 at 10 keV | ≥ 10 µW/cm2 at 0.5 keV
• Stability: 1% energy, 1% emission power
• High voltage: 0.5 to 8 kV (1 A) | 8 to 20 kV (0.4 A) | 20 to 50 kV (0.16 A)
• Cooling option: pressurized cold water in a closed circuit
• RX security: complies with current standards
